Helicopter Tours of Kent and Sussex
We welcome you to the Kent and Sussex Castle tour from the air which enables you to
view the stunning scenery of the Kent and Sussex countryside.
To begin your day a chauffeur driven car will collect you and your
party from your home or hotel. We travel to Redhill Aerodrome for our
flight.
After the Safety Briefing we take to the skies for our 30 minute flight.
Highlights are:
- Chartwell – Winston Churchill’s House built in 1603, also the home of
where croquet was invented.
- Knole Castle one of England’s largest Castle with 365 rooms.
- Ightham Mote a 14th Century moated Manor house.
- Mereworth Castle which is nearly and exact copy of Villa Rotunda
just outside Vicenza.
We fly over the popular spa town of Tunbridge Wells and the medieval house
Penshurst Place.
Towards the end of the flight we view Chiddingstone Castle a gothic 17th
Century castle and Hever Castle the childhood home and Anne Boleyn. We view
the Lingfield Park Racecourse shortly before landing.
On arrival back at the Aerodrome the driver will take you back to your home
or pre-agreed point. Or maybe a drive to one of the castles you have viewed
from the air to marvel at the inside after seeing from above. May we suggest
a traditional pub lunch en-route or maybe an afternoon tea? We would be more
than happy to quote you for an afternoon tour.
The cost of the package includes a chauffeur driven vehicle up to 15 miles
from the Redhill Aerodrome. For that special occasion or to add that extra luxury
to the day we are pleased to offer the Range Rover Sport, S or E Class Mercedes
